Our 1 Bedroom Suites combine 1 Studio unit and 1 Room into a full 1 Bedroom layout perfect for up to 6 guests! 1 Bedroom Suites feature a king-sized bed and a convertible chair-to-bed for a child in the main bedroom along with a murphy bed and convertible chair-to-bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen complete with a full refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker.

Accessibility

Bathroom doorways in all guestroom units are under 32” limiting accessibility. A fully ADA compliant restroom including a roll-in shower is located on the first floor and is available for guest use. Guest room door lock mechanisms are accessible. All living areas within the unit are accessible and provide adequate clear space and turning radius. The kitchen/kitchenette countertops are not accessible, measuring over 34” from the floor surface. Guestroom beds are accessible. Guestroom showers are equipped with grab bars to assist with use. Telephones provide customizable volume controls.

Policies

  • Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals as governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times. This means they cannot be left in the unit alone and unattended.
  • Certified Emotional & Therapy Animals are not permitted, and do not fall under the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
